1How do I know what type of article I need to order?
On the ordering platform, there will be order details that should help you understand what type of article you need our writers to write. We have made the ordering process as transparent as possible by supplying very specific stipulations to each ordering platform. If you find yourself second guessing the content you are ordering, you may need to select a different type of ordering platform that accommodates your requirements. 2Can I order articles in bulk?
Yes. We are happy to accommodate customers that want to order a bulk set of articles. We consider any one order over 10,000 words to be a bulk order. We have designated a special ordering platform that will allow you to easily specify what type of articles you need written in your order, with a very specific set of stipulations walking you through each step of the process.
3Can I order a certain number of articles to be written every month?
Yes. A lot of our customers are so satisfied with our products that they need repeat orders written for their sites on a weekly or monthly basis. We are happy to accommodate this to make sure all of your websites are regularly updated with relevant and new content. 4What is the general turnaround for articles?

5What are keywords?
Keywords are specific words or phrases you have requested that need to be included in the content we are writing. Often, these keywords are what help to rank websites higher on Google, which is why we include them in your article. Our writers are trained to include the required keywords in a natural way and the appropriate amount of times to avoid lack of clarity and keyword stuffing.
6How many keywords can I submit?
You are allowed to include however many keywords your site may require. We suggest using 3 keywords or less to avoid keyword stuffing. Should you require more keywords than that, we suggest you go for the complex product, which will better accommodate both your order and allow us to pay our writers a better wage for their time.
7How much content does my page need?
This will depend on the type of page that you are ordering the content for. Generally speaking, Google recommends you to have 800 words per page. It is important though, to make the content seem natural, meaning there is little point forcing 800 words when 300 words are sufficient. In contrast, it may also seem unreasonable to have 300 words on a page that requires 1000 to explain a product or service.
8Are there discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. For bulk orders (any one order that is over 10,000 words) we give customers a 10% discount at the point of purchase. The discount will automatically be applied during checkout.
9I didn’t like my article. What now?
We don’t want any of our customers to be unsatisfied. If you didn’t like the article we wrote for you, no problem! We are happy to address all concerns and re-write articles that need to be re-written to exceed your expectations of our service.
